Client Agreement

• Client will have access online to view web design test sites or design proofs to make suggestions for revisions. Revisions will be made on a timely basis and Client will be notified by email and/or phone with estimated completion time.

• Client is advised to take extreme care with proofreading all material and is responsible for any errors after printing or production. Copy and text should be edited before submitting to expedite the design process. Editing after submitting should be limited to catching errors and typos and not used for fine-tuning copy. Revisions not responded to within two (2) days will be considered approved.

• I am not legally liable for any items Client chooses to post on Client's web site. I can not provide legal advice.

• Client is responsible to supply fonts that are needed and not in my possession.

• Client is responsible for their domain name registration and hosting so the services do not lapse. I am not responsible for hosting company services; such as web site outage, email outage, security issues, software limitations and any and all other services provided exclusively by the hosting company. Client is to keep their address and e-mail contact information current with their domain name registrar and hosting company. Please do not establish any anti-spam filters on their contact e-mail address that will block important e-mails from their domain name registrar or the hosting company.

• Client shall provide written copy and photos in these standard formats: Microsoft Word, E-mail, Notepad, Photoshop, jpg, gif, tiff, and png formats are acceptable. MS Publisher, Front Page, PowerPoint are not acceptable methods for providing content unless pre-approved.

• Email is the preferred method to request changes so that they can be tracked by both parties. Requests by phone, is subject to a fee. Requests sent by e-mail take priority over requests made by the phone.

• Under no circumstances will work continue when there is a past due amount is owed. All new work will require a 50% deposit and final payment is due in full upon completion.

• A RUSH RATE is available for work that must be posted within the same day or within a few hours of submission. The RUSH RATE is twice the normal design rate ($30/hour with half hour minimum). All design work has a $30 minimum.

• Resending password information, graphic files, or other material after said files have been sent is subject to a resend fee of $5.00.

• Deadlines agreed upon and stated in the original web design proposal will be strictly honored. Deadlines not met due to Client not supplying material needed to meet deadline does not alter the final payment due date.

• If Client decides to make major changes in design in the middle of the process, and this direction was not agreed upon or mentioned beforehand there may be additional charges. I can be not responsible for code that is harvested from other Web sites, upon Client's request, that contains viruses or other compromising material.
